We visited Lola Adang Kusina during our trip to Chicago for my sonโs boot camp graduation, and it was such a comforting and satisfying experience. The restaurant has a limited number of dishes displayed, but every single one is classic Filipino home-style foodโsimple, authentic, and truly delicious. My daughters and I really enjoyed our lunch. The flavors reminded us of home, and the portions were worth the price. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel like family. They even gave us extra pansit (noodles) as a freebie, which was such a thoughtful gesture and definitely appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experienceโgreat food, kind people, and a taste of home away from home. Highly recommended!

So damn good. They cook in the morning and close when everything is sold out. There is no menu. I loved everything about it. $15 for three entrees with white rice. Amazingly friendly family run restaurant. Definitely coming back soon.
